Can you be a little more precise?
During each production and measurement of our precision parts made of plastics, our qualified employees try to optimize the production processes through constant error prevention in order to achieve an even higher quality standard than the generally accepted DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 standard.
We can provide you with the following documents under certain conditions (some of them are subject to a fee):
Initial sample test report
Long-term supplier declaration
Factory test certificate according to DIN EN 10204
Our quality management system is supported by state-of-the-art ERP and PPS systems.
For the measurement and control of the specified dimensions and tolerances of various threads, bores, edges, etc., we rely on professional measuring equipment such as optical setting stations and 3D coordinate measuring systems.
